University of Our Lady of Grace is an independent institution dedicated to the education of the Blessed Mother in service to a global mission to communicate, serve, and prepare future generations with the goal of upholding the dignity of those who desire to grow in wisdom and knowledge based on the teachings of Catholic doctrine encompassing, spiritual, intellectual, social, and global development that are defined by the Blessed Mother.
University of Our Lady of Grace is also guided by the teachings of Pope Francis who calls upon the Church and world with encouragement to begin a new chapter in evangelization.

It is dedicated to research, to teaching, and to various kinds of service in accordance with its cultural mission. A Catholic University, as Catholic, informs and carries out its research, teaching, and all other activities with Catholic ideals, principles, and attitudes….Catholic teaching and discipline are to influence all university activities, while the freedom of conscience of each person is to be fully respected.
